Aeonic Warranty

Aeonic GmbH warrants to any person who has purchased a wristwatch manufactured by Äonic from an Äonic authorized retailer or from Äonic's online store at (www.äonic.com/shop/ or www.aeonic-watches.com/shop/), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, that such watch will be free from defects in workmanship or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If, contrary to expectations, a defect or fault occurs within this period, Äonic will remedy it by repair at no cost to the customer, if repair is not possible - supply the customer with a new watch.

If the item is not available, for example because of a limited series, we will provide an equivalent replacement or - refund the current value of the watch.

Excluded from the warranty are typical signs of wear and tear, especially on the leather strap or signs of use on the case. Furthermore, there are no warranty claims if the watch has damage or defects caused by improper use or if the watch shows signs of external influences and interventions by unauthorized persons, as well as failure to follow the operating instructions.

Claiming the warranty

Whoever wishes to claim the warranty within the warranty period (two years from the date of purchase) due to a defect or a processing error must send his watch with the original invoice and the fully completed international Äonic warranty card, stating the model designation, serial number, buyer's name, date of sale and if purchased through an authorized dealer - with the dealer's signature, directly to Äonic GmbH at the following address:

The cost of the outward and the return shipment bears Äonic, provided that a defect or processing error covered by this warranty is determined. All risks arising in connection with the transport, for example, by shipping to us, in particular, the risk of additional damage due to improper packaging or that the clock is lost during shipping, the customer bears.

For the warranty case, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The customer's statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.
