Widerrufsbelehrung
(1) Right of withdrawal for services
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Äonic GmbH, Prenzlauer Allee 200, 10405 Berlin, Phone: +49 - 30 - 20 64 89 20, Email: ...) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation must be addressed to us, contain the details of your person, their address, as well as the date of order and delivery and the name of the article. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will we charge you any fees because of this repayment.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount, which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
Note
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services where the consumer has expressly requested the entrepreneur to visit him to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work; this does not apply with regard to other services provided during the visit, which the consumer has not expressly requested, or with regard to such goods supplied during the visit, which are not necessarily needed as spare parts during the maintenance or repair.
(2) Right of withdrawal for goods
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Äonic GmbH, Prenzlauer Allee 200, 10405 Berlin, phone: +49 - 30 - 20 64 89 20, e-mail: ...) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Notes: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
The goods may be examined by the customer only insofar as this would also be the case with a local watch sale in the store, ie.i.e. not be worn - but only be tried on, or the bracelets / steel bands are shortened / lengthened, otherwise a value replacement due to the loss of value can be claimed, as the goods must be cleaned extensively or used parts with traces of use must be replaced.
